GZNITE LLC · G³ ECOSYSTEM WORKFORCE PROGRAM
From beginner to job-ready defender — IT and OT, together.
A vendor-neutral, competency-based bootcamp. Every week runs the same loop: learn it, see it in AR/VR, reproduce it in an isolated Docker range, do it with your hands — then prove it with evidence and explain it to both engineers and executives.

Minimum competency thresholds
- Safety: Zero uncontained lab incidents; correct isolation and shutdown behavior demonstrated.
- Ethics: Signed authorization present before every offensive action; scope never exceeded.
- Technical execution: Core task completed and reproducible, not just described.
- Documentation: Findings, evidence and remediation captured to the provided templates.
- Communication: One technical write-up and one plain-language executive summary per major exercise.
The unified lab loop
- 1Learn the concept in the classroom
- 2Visualize it in AR/VR (or the desktop / printed alternative)
- 3Reproduce it in the Docker cyber range
- 4Perform the related physical hands-on task
- 5Collect screenshots, logs, diagrams, configs or instructor sign-offs
- 6Explain what happened, why it mattered, and which control applied
- 7Recommend remediation to technical and executive audiences
