Honor code
Assessments must be completed by you, individually, without sharing questions or answers. Certificates are personal and non-transferable. Falsified attestations or shared credentials invalidate the certificate; a revoked certificate fails public verification permanently.
Content and citation
Guideline material is cited by organization, title, and edition or year rather than reproduced. Copyrighted checklists and standards are not republished here. All clinical content is versioned; the version applied to your record is the one in effect on your completion date.
Credit claims
No credit statement is made unless an approval is on file and recorded on the accreditation page. Until then this activity issues a training-completion certificate that explicitly states no CME credit is awarded. You are responsible for confirming acceptance of any certificate by your own board or employer.
Accessibility
The activity targets WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard operable throughout, visible focus, sufficient contrast, no information conveyed by color alone, and no unnecessary time limits. Timed communication exercises can be extended on request. If any part of the activity is not accessible to you, contact the course director and an alternate route to completion will be provided.
