What we collect

• Your legal name as it should appear on the certificate
• Email address, profession, credentials, and optional license or NPI number
• Optional organization and practice setting
• Lesson progress, active engagement time, assessment answers and scores
• Your evaluation responses and signed attestation, with timestamp

Why we collect it

Accredited education requires verifiable records: who participated, that they actually engaged with the material, that they met the assessment standard, and that they attested to their own completion. These records support certificate issuance, outcomes reporting, and accreditation audit.

Retention

Completion records, assessment results, attestations, and certificates are retained for at least six years to satisfy accreditation record-keeping expectations. Aggregate outcomes reporting uses de-identified data.

Your choices

You may correct your profile at any time from the learner dashboard. Evaluation responses are reported only in aggregate. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact the course director through the contact page. Deletion requests that conflict with mandatory accreditation retention are honored by restricting use rather than erasure, and we will tell you when that applies.
