For thirteen years she stood in operating rooms as a surgical orthopedic PA — first assisting, running clinic, and training the new graduates who walked in with degrees but froze the moment a routine case turned urgent. Owlsagacity is what she built to fix that gap, not just for medicine, but for everyone the system leaves underprepared.

After a decade of training PAs in the OR and clinic, Ashley kept seeing the same pattern everywhere — nursing, business, the trades. Graduates with credentials, but without reps. In 2022 she founded Owlsagacity to rebuild that bridge with adaptive AI and immersive AR/VR practice. In 2025, with two young boys at home, she left medicine to build it full-time.

From the OR to the Academy.
Earned a BS in Biology from Texas Woman's University in Denton.
Graduated from UT Medical Branch with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies.
Certified PA-C and joined Texas Orthopaedic Surgical Associates as Lead PA — OR first assist, clinic, and training new PAs across 4–8 surgeons.
Moved to Methodist Orthopaedic Surgical Associates, leading PAs in the OR and clinic and training the next wave of new graduates.
Founded Owlsagacity after years of watching new PAs and nurses arrive with degrees but freeze on real cases. Began designing immersive, mastery-based curriculum that bridges school to practice.
Signed founding partnerships with GZNite, Ra Roots, True Cafe, Smoothie World, and Meineke to pilot workforce training built by real practitioners.
Walked away from a stable medical career — with two young boys at home — to build Owlsagacity full-time and launch the first AR/VR immersion classes in Health and AI.
Scaling the Academy: 200+ courses in development across medical education, business, money, and AI mastery.
